He saw people through an eternal lens, where they would spend eternity and that impacted how He not only saw them but how He treated them. Jesus was a great welcomer. At DaySpring our desire is to love people like Christ loved people, that once people meet the Savior of the world it would be life-changing and that the Welcomed would become the Welcomers.

DaySpring has been in existence since 1963 when a handful of like-minded people gathered to create a body that would impact and influence Fort Collins and the surrounding area. The ministry of DaySpring exists way beyond the walls of our building. Each person is encouraged to grow in the faith. Our theme for growth is, “ACORN TO OAK”, where biblically it’s identified as moving from a “babe in Christ” to “a maturing saint” to “an Oak of righteousness”, and ultimately as Ephesians states, to experience the “fullness of Christ” in our lives. The journey takes time. The journey takes effort. The journey is made easier when we come alongside each other. We invite you to come journey along with us.

That’s what we desire in our lives, to do those things that please God.” Have you ever wondered how many times your life has made God smile or be pleased? In thinking about that, we want to have a heart for prayer, for missions, for outreach, for the lost, for growing the kingdom here on earth as it is in heaven.
